There is time for participants to ask questions. In this package, the webinar is NOT customized for the specific organization.

- ChatGPT for the Workplace: Maximizing Efficiency, Productivity, and Creativity AI Marketing Team Jumpstart ($3,499) For companies who want to equip their entire organization or a group from across the organization with ChatGPT skills and use cases. (Note: This presentation does NOT include coding).

- Base package price includes the training session for up to 20 participants. You can add additional participants for $20/person.
- Company provides the Zoom / video call link that can accommodate their team
- Recording of the training session is allowed for an additional $300. You will also get a copy of the slide deck when a recording is added. Recordings and decks may not be shared outside of the purchasing organization. The company is responsible for the technology to record the session if they choose this addition.
- Pricing is for a presentation to teams within a single company. If additional companies would like to share the same session, they can do so for an additional $150 per additional company beyond the first one. Sessions presented to multiple companies simultaneously must pay the $300 recording add-on for each company if they choose to add on the recording and slide deck option.
- NOTE: Pre-payment in full is required to reserve calendar time.
AI Marketing Team Jumpstart

- Day 1: One-hour remote video consultation with Alec. This call can be with the marketing leader (CMO, VP, Head of Marketing, Director, etc) alone or with multiple marketing team members. These meetings aim to understand the client's objectives and goals with generative AI, current marketing workflows and strategies, overall tech stack, any AI tools used by the team, and experience levels of the team with these tools, current marketing pain points, etc. This call will be used to inform the personalization of the training.
- Day 2: Personalized 90-minute remote training session for all members of the client's marketing leadership and team. The personalized training session will cover the marketing potential of using AI tools, integrating AI into your workflow for best results, basic skills training/guidance for leveraging the tools, identifying instances where AI can increase performance or efficiency, and more. Standard marketing use case examples will be included in the training presentation. These use case examples will be personalized to the specific company. There will be opportunities for team members to ask questions and receive additional guidance from Alec.

AI Marketing Team Transformation

- Day 1: One-hour marketing leader (CMO, VP, Head of Marketing, Director, etc) video consultation with Alec AND up to 2 additional hours of individual or small group remote meetings with the marketing leader and/or members of the client's team. These meetings aim to understand the client's objectives and goals with generative AI, current marketing workflows and strategies, overall tech stack, any AI tools used by the team, and experience levels of the team with these tools, current marketing pain points, etc. These meetings will be used to customize the training specifically for the client.
- Day 2: Custom two-hour remote training session for all client team members, PLUS an additional 30-minute debrief call with Alec for the marketing leader. (Client may choose to do a 90-minute training if preferred).
The customized training session may cover the marketing potential of using AI tools, integrating AI into your workflow for best results, basic skills training/guidance for leveraging the tools, identifying instances where AI can increase performance or efficiency, and more.
The training presentation will include standard and customized marketing use case examples. These use case examples will be personalized to the specific company. There will be opportunities for team members to ask questions and receive additional guidance from Alec.
